The Azeri press confirms that the majority shareholder of Alkagesta, Kamran Agayev, is Adnan Ahmadzada’s cousin

The Azeri press has confirmed a long-held suspicion that the majority shareholder and the actual CEO of Alkagesta, Kamran Agayev, is Adnan Ahmadzada‘s cousin. Orkhan Rustamov is only a front and has no control or influence over the company .

Adnan Ahmadzada tried to conceal his ownership of Alkagesta through multiple offshore and shell companies. We are still trying to find a picture of Kamran Aghayev.

Alkagesta is Malta’s largest oil bunkerer and Adnan Ahmadzada is under arrest in Azerbaijan for trading in Russian oil and hiding the provenance of the oil with fraudulent certificates. Alkagesta is currently being investigated by both local and foreign authorities.
