Alkagesta, along with its banker, Raiffeisen Bank are currently submitting vexatious copyright claims to Google to bring down our articles about them from Google searches. They are making multiple copyright claims based on articles they recreate on Tumblr and other websites.
Alkagesta has also paid for a PR and marketing campaign in the local press to avoid scrutiny and this financing campaign has worked because we are the only local press outlet which is investigating them. No other local press outlet has referred to our investigation.
Dozens of foreign press outlets including BBC (Azerbaijan) have referred to our investigation and followed up on our work.

Any foreign entity, company or individual that tries to undermine our work in irregular, abhorrent and destructive manner should expect a similar and more effective response from our end. This is not a warning and neither a threat, but a state of fact.
