When the Labour government used a kangaroo court to save Skanska from paying damages to the government

The Labour government is currently bringing up the Skanska case of Mater Dei when a previous nationalist administration paid for lower-quality concrete for the construction of Mater Dei. The Labour Party is now blaming the Nationalist administration for failing to recoup lost funds over this work.

The Labour Party is trying to deflect attention from the fact that it is covering up for corrupt politicians and foreign criminals who looted public funds in the public hospitals concession deals with Vitals and Steward’s. This is a very stupid example to bring about because Skanska got away because the Labour government covered it up for them with its usual trick by taking their case to a kangaroo court. In this process, the Labour government also covered up for Joe Cassar, one of Skanska’s main architects involved in the Mater Dei project and also Robert Abela’s personal architect. Joe Cassar is helping the Prime Minister with his small hotel project in Gozo.

Joe Cassar is Labour Party architect from Alfred Sant’s era and has also been involved in multiple projects by various Labour governments.
