Environmentalists begin nation-wide campaign to inform citizens about the government’s planning reform

Environmental NGOs, Ramblers Associations and Moviment Graffitti have kickstarted a nation-wide campaign to inform residents about the government’s proposed planning reforms, which they describe as the most corrupt planning reforms in the country’s history. The campaign has started today in Birżebbuġġa and is called “Ġustizzja Għal Artna”.

Representatives of the groups, Ingram Bondin for Ramblers and Andre Callus for Graffitti said that they have been speaking with residents in the locality, who many have told them that are already aware of the government’s plans and the negative repercussions of these laws.

Environmental groups are adamant to keep protesting against the government until it until it withdraws its proposed laws.
