Martin Farrugia and his partner Lucienne can’t even afford to feed their lions and wild cats

The partner of the contractor Martin Farrugia, currently facing charges of fraud, money-laundering and tax evasion, Lucianne has been busy yesterday writing tirades of insults and threats against activists and journalists over the reporting about her husband’s legal troubles and his plans to sell his lions and wild cats.

Lucianne should have instead made sure to spend time working and helping her partner find enough resources for the sustenance of their captive animals which are slowly being abandoned.

Martin Farrugia and his partner Lucianne can’t afford to feed the lions under their care and the request for these animals to be shipped out of Malta is more urgent than it seems. Martin Farrugia currently has his assets frozen due to this ongoing court case.

This is all the government’s fault which has allowed literal criminal suspects and well-known criminals  such as Christian Borg to keep wild and exotic animals in Malta in their homes and their “pseudo-zoos”. The keeping of wild animals in small cages in Malta is an extremely unusual and irregular activity: harmful to the animals and a security risk to the inhabitants but we have a number of criminal-like idiots in Malta who apparently have enough influence over the Labour Party to force it to legislate in favour of this insanity. This was a serious regression by the Labour Party uin progressive policy compared to its previous stance that focused on animal rights.

Of course, these idiots who are keeping wild cats in Malta have absolutely no idea what they are doing. And when they obviously and eventually fail to care for the caged animals, the government and the general public has to foot the bill for them.

This is the stuff of a criminal organisation in power and not a conventional political party. Truly a Banana Republic run by criminal idiots.

Maybe she was planning on skinning one of the cheetahs to wear it

  2. The introduction of the law allowing to keep wild and exotic animals was beyond stupid… The government was willing to waste resources on this legislation which is useless for practically all of Malta, whilst completely ignoring much more important issues.
