Evidence is slowly emerging of the brutal repression of Iranian protestors by the Islamic Regime of Iran as citizens find alternative ways to get an internet connection during a wide internet blackout. Sim-cards and Starlink are both being used to avoid the internet blackout. More than 2,000 people have been killed by security forces.
Protestors and activists are also in contact with press outlets. Press outlets including DW (Deutsche Welle) have confirmed the event shown below of security forces storming the Imam Khomeini Hospital in Tehran and hunting down wounded protestors. Tear gas was also used inside the hospital. The event took place on the 4-5th January.
Amnesty International has released further evidence of the brutality imposed by the Islamic regime.
The Islamic Regime in Iran as still holds power and significant control of the country, but it is unclear how the Islamic Regime will remains in power with such volatility under its watch as it is evident that it has lost a significant degree of control over its people.
Iranian air-space is now closed but Chinese planes were still flying to Iran as of yesterday evening.
