Hamas refuses to disarm and continues repression aginst Palestinians: Palestinians fear renewed war

Palestinian journalists in Gaza are warning about a potential renewal of war between Israel and Hamas as Hamas refuses to disarm and handover its administration to the Palestinian Authority. Hamas has been purging and murdering Palestinian dissidents during the ceasefire with Israel and have also stepped up their repression since widescale protests erupted in Iran, fearing the loss of its major patron: the Islamic regime of Iran.

Reports have also been published about an incident yesterday in which Hamas stormed the market in Dejr Al-Balah and demanded tax income from traders and merchants.

Meanwhile, Israel is still conducting murderous operations in Gaza with two teenagers have reportedly been killed by an Israeli airstrike during the weekend. Living conditions in Gaza are still very difficult as Isaraleis still restricting aid and major reconstruction still needs to begin.
