The recent violent history of Michael tal-Bżar: and a plea deal with the Prosecutor

Self-confessed cocaine dealer Michael Camilleri (Tal-Bżar) has a recorded violent history and has also been found guilty of reckless driving, threatening others and damaging private property in 2024. For his actions in 2024 he was handed one-year prison sentence suspended for three years.

The following year he was hauled to Court on charges over threatening his ex-partner whom he threatened with his communication devices. The Prosecutor seems to have struck a plea-deal with him as he pleaded guilty in summary proceedings and avoided an effective prison sentence as a result. He was instead handed a €2,000 fine and ordered to undergo psychological treatment.

Michael Camilleri’s defence lawyer is Franco Debono – he is also the defence lawyer to the No Money No Problem gang.

Michael tal-Bżar was previously also investigated for money-laundering.
