More criminal conspiracy by Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa

The conclusion of this case is a very important development. Not that we don’t that Joseph Muscat’s little propagandists Neville Gafa and Karl Stagno Navarra are hateful frauds with antisocial characteristics. We are not scandalised about this and neither impressed.

What is significant is that this case was a civil case. The plaintiff claimed that he was defrauded by Neville Gafa for a VISA and the Court found that Neville Gafa had received up to €36,675 in irregular payments for helping Libyans to get visas for Malta. Neville Gafa himself admitted that he was still visas to Libyans as of recently. This means that the Court has basically found prima facie evidence of crime, yet Neville Gafa was never charged for this crime. What is more shocking is that instead of charging Neville Gafa for this fraud, the police actually charged in Court the plaintiff who sued Neville Gafa and won the case to have his funds refunded: Khaled Ibrahim Ben Nasan.

This is not the first time that the Police Commissioner has blatantly covered-up for Joseph Muscat’s circle and friends. The Court sentence does not only shed light on the ongoing obstruction of justice by the Labour government, but it also sheds light on the criminal conspiracy between representatives and officials of the State and Joseph Muscat’s criminal group by the extension of the Prime Minister’s involvement and control over the Police and the Attorney-General.

The Court sentence is not online yet.

  1. Unbelievable!!

  2. A messy case – and Mr. Gafà has a lot to explain or answer for.

    However:

    1. are you sure that Mr Khaled Ibrahim Ben Nasan ”won the case to have his funds refunded.”? I’ve read reports which stated that the Court stated it had no jurisdiction over the return of funds because the arrangement between the parties was inherently illegal.

    2. Was not Ben Nasan arraigned in court and charged with sending mobile phone messages to himself (i.e. from 2 phones both owned by him) regarding the case?

If that is the case, then it would appear that the police did investigate the case. Did they conclude that they had no evidence which would STAND UP IN A CRIMINAL COURT with regard to Mr. Gafà?
