We have more stories coming up about Alan (or Allan) Muscat (Galletta). Alan Muscat covers his business tracks via his brother, Adrian Muscat, who is currently being charged over jacking (robbing) a Rolls Royce. Alan Muscat was also a recipient of up to €1.3 million in public contracts by the Valletta Local Council in 2012 alone.
Like some other notorious importers of illegal drugs and narcotics, Alan Muscat has a boat-house in Armier. Here he is below arguing with the police about his car in the area, which is government property but which he has effectively claimed through squatting and false declarations.
