The nickname “Galletta” has been in the news recently after Adrian Muscat (Galletta) was charged in Court with stealing a Rolls Royce. His brother is Alan Muscat (or Allan Muscat) and also goes by the same nickname.
Recently, the Prime Minister accused the “opposition blogs” of mistaking Malta for a Mafia State. He made these comments while we were publishing our stories about the criminal culture in relation to the Armier boathouses – the Prime Minister himself is a boat-owner with some links that extend to the criminal world of drug trafficking.
Alan Muscat also has a boathouse in Armier. He tried to present a fraudulent case explaining that he owns the land of his boathouse but the Planning authority told him that the land definitely belongs to the state. You can read the decision here.
Alan Muscat had a garbage-collection business and he served Valletta as one of his operations until 2021, although this was just a nominal cover for the source of his wealth. Alan Muscat built his wealth by bullying, threatening, and violating other individuals and businessman on an aggravated and intensive scale, similar to, but more intense than, the MONEY NO PROBLEM GANG. He also threatened people with bomb threats during a time when Tal-Maskar Brothers still produced them for a fee.
Nowadays he seems to be laundering his money in Dubai like many criminals of his kind, and he’s also cosplaying as an Arab whilst doing so.
I also find it no coincidence that Alan Muscat is seen in company with Keith Seychell – Keith Schembri’s shady business partner who is fronting Husni Bey in Malta. This underlayer of crime is still hovering around political contacts under the Prime Minister’s NOT a Mafia State.
