France seizes another Russian shadow-fleet tanker

Yesterday morning, France seized another Russian shadow fleet tanker in the western Mediterranean Sea outside the Algerian coast. The oil tanker Deyna (IMO 9299903) was carrying a false flag of Mozambique the and was travelling to Port Said in Egypt after having left Murmansk, Russia. 

This is the second  Russian shadow fleet tanker seized this year by France. Sweden also seized a cargo vessel and Belgium seized a tanker.
