The Israeli-US war on the Iranian regime is set to continue. In a White House Press briefing earlier today, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said that President Trump is ready to unleash hell on Iran after negotiations have failed. President Trump has previously threatened Iran with bombing its power plants.
US airstrikes on Iran had abated as President Trump said that he was negotiating with the Iranian regime, but the Iranian regime denied that such talks were taking place. Iranian attacks on the Gulf states are abating but the Battle of Hormuz is ongoing with the Strait still blocked for US and many European ships. The Israeli press has also reported that the US plans to launch a ground invasion of Kharg Island. The White House Press Secretary also said that the White House estimates that the war would take up to 4 to 6 weeks.
President Trump is insisting that the Iranian regime has lost the war and that they should be blamed for any further violence.
The meeting with President Xi Jinping in Beijing has been postponed from April to May 14th.
