Nationalist Party keeps rolling out tax pledges to compete with Labour’s bonanza

The Nationalist Party has rolled out more fiscal pledges today to compete with Labour’s bonanza. The Nationalist Party is pledging to bring down income tax for corporations from 35% to 25% and to 15% for micro-enterprises. The Labour government has already announced it will be reducing corporate and income tax to 25%.

The Nationalist Party is also pledging to remove VAT for those earning under โ‚ฌ70,000, and to fully fund the training and education of all employees.

Earlier this week, the Nationalist Party launched its new tax reduction pledges which will include, no income tax bawl โ‚ฌ15,0000, married couples earning from โ‚ฌ19,000 below will have no income tax, parents with two children would pay no tax on the first โ‚ฌ35,000 while families with three or more children would benefit from significantly lower effective tax rates up to โ‚ฌ80,000 income

PN is also pledging to remove succession and inheritance taxes.

Separately, PN has also pledged a โ‚ฌ350 million investment to create a culture hub in Marsa, including with a new fairs and conventions centre.
