Russia is still burning fuel for missiles and drones aimed at Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities despite having a widespread shortage of fuel for its citizens back home. Earlier today, Russia launched up to 20 cruise and ballistic missiles at Kyiv with many of them launched from warships in the Black Sea.
Several areas of Kyiv were hit with at least 4 individuals reported injured by the time of writing.
Russiaโs daily drone and missile strikes on Kyiv have declined in volume in recent weeks due to the countryโs fuel shortages, but they have remained consistent, indicating that Russia continues to prioritise civilian terror as part of its war tactics against Ukraine.
This week, however, there has been a noticeable increase in attacks on Ukrainian cities. Yesterday, at least eight civilians were killed in Russian strikes.
