Overnight into Saturday, Russian drones hit a high-rise residential building in Marhanets, killing the infant and wounding 11 others (including two children), seven of them seriously. Further attacks injured dozens across Kherson, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia and other oblasts.
Overnight into Sunday, missiles and drones struck Kryvyi Rih (one killed, six injured at industrial sites), Kyiv (fires in non-residential buildings, at least two injured), and a farm in Zaporizhzhia Oblast (one injured).
Ukraine has slowed Russia’s intake of North Korean ballistic missiles after its intelligence services destroyed a train in Siberia carrying KN-23/KN-24 missiles and ammunition roughly 6,000 km from the front on the Trans-Siberian Railway.
Meanwhile, as Ukrainian forces continue making territorial gains in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast—part of a broader counteroffensive that has liberated multiple villages and hundreds of square kilometers since earlier this year—Russian troops have pressed advances and infiltrations in the besieged city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast.
