The interesting story of Police Superintendent James Grech
Police Superintendent James Grech is retiring from his job with an interesting story behind him. Superintendent Grech had taken up the investigation of the Standards Commissioner on Justyne Caruana and Frank Fabri after it was concluded. The Standards Commissioner had referred his inquiry to the Police and concluded that the subjects were to be criminally…

Rehabilitating a criminal bureaucrat
Frank Fabri has been a devoted and loyal supporter of Robert Abela ever since Abela ran for the Labour Party leadership and was promised the post of Principal Permanent Secretary before he was accused of criminal behaviour by the Standards Commissioner. He is now being rehabilitated with a salary larger than that of the Prime…

Corrupt criminal bureaucrat Frank Fabri appointed head of public entity
Before becoming known as the corrupt bureaucrat that he is, Frank Fabri was known in the Labour Party as a two-faced opportunist for selling out his political campaign in exchange for a job promotion at the Ministry of Education. On the eve of the 2008 elections, Frank Fabri climbed on the stage of a political…

Entertainment for today
It has been brought to my attention that Rosianne Cutajar’s money laundering mule, Charles Farrugia (It-Tikka) is actually an uncle to Frank Fabri, the corrupt ex-permanent secretary of the Ministry for Education who was saved from criminal prosecution and a prison sentence by the corrupt police chief Angelo Gafa. Malta has gone through many years…

A Mafia State can only survive with a corrupt police chief
Robert Abela’s history as Prime Minister is mostly filled with a long list of cover-ups of corrupt politicians, the last one being the attempted and ongoing cover-up of Minister for Gozo Anton Refalo. You can’t run a criminal organisation from the government without the support and approval of the police. Just a quick reminder of…

A public service operated by criminals
Here’s another example of impunity where Labour’s corrupt apparatchiks and activists are not only given a free pass for their crimes but are even allowed to keep working with the public service. “Everyone needs to eat.” This is Frank Fabri, the corrupt bureaucrat who as previous permanent secretary to the Ministry of Education signed a…

Here’s another case where the authorities deliberately protect corrupt government officials and politicians
Yorgen Fenech, Keith Schembri and various government officials are being prosecuted for giving Melvin Theuma, a phantom job with the government. Frank Fabri and Justyne Caruana who had been referred for criminal prosecution for giving a phantom job to the minister’s boyfriend, Daniel Bogdanovich, have so far both avoided prosecution and have been rehabilitated with…

The unemployable criminal suspect, Frank Fabri has been rehabilitated
Only good governance by Robert Abela. The best in Europe as he likes to say. The unemployable criminal suspect, Francis (Frank) Fabri has been rehabilitated as ITS general manager thanks to his patron, Robert Abela. Frank supported Robert Abela’s leadership bid, betting, of course, conveniently on Joseph Muscat’s bid. Justyne Caruana too had been rehabilitated…

Another reason why Frank Fabri should not be reinstated
So, Labour’s top brass will promote Frank Fabri once again to another job despite the fact that he has been referred for a criminal investigation by the Standards Commission. Labour has waited for elections to end so as to be able to scurry this crook back into government ranks. Here is another reason why Frank…

The no homework idea is Frank Fabri’s
Frank Fabri is still an informal consultant to the Prime Minister and the Labour Party on education. He also contributed to formulating the education proposals of the Labour Party manifesto and the no homework idea is his. Frank Fabri was the corrupt permanent secretary who signed the infamous Bogdanovic contract of his boss and Minister…

Rule of law: still in shambles
The homophobic and misogynist vitriol doing the rounds on social media in the wake of the femicide of Paulina Dembska has given politicians a great opportunity for some virtue signalling. It is moments like these where incompetent and morally corrupt politicians find their calling by doing theatrical gestures that portray them as the saviours of…

Perjury is a crime
Lying under oath is a crime and I suppose that those who testified in front of the Commissioner of standards of Public Life had to take an oath before giving testimony. However, what I am certain of surely and with no suppositions, is that Frank Fabri is lying. Frank is saying that when he signed…
