Keith Schembri is a secret shareholder of Saviour Balzan’s media companies and owns 25% of Illum

There’s a very obvious reason why Yorgen Fenech trusted Saviour Balzan to do propaganda for him and help him attack his critics such as Jason Azzopardi. Keith Schembri, Yorgen Fenech’s friend and previous Chief of Staff to Joseph Muscat is a shareholder of Saviour Balzan’s media companies and even owns 25% of Illum.

Keith Schembri’s shareholding in Saviour Balzan’s companies is being concealed with a number of shell companies and different fronts that represent him in structures created by Brian Tonna of Nexia BT. Keith Schembri has 25% ownership of Innovate Business Consulting Ltd that publishes Illum and these company structures lead to shell companies in the British Virgin Islands and Dubai.

More updates on this story will be published along the coming days as more information is discovered.

Provided this is truly the case – it is now for Maltatoday to prove otherwise in this public arena – how intellectually dishonest of those who concealed this fact and who have betrayed the trust of its readers

If the claims in this article are accurate, then Saviour Balzan embodies hypocrisy, contradicting his own ideals and standards, appearing as a disillusioned, wealthy individual. A peaceful retirement in Thailand could be fitting for someone with his demeanor, provided the allegations hold true, of course…..

Saviour has always been a snake. Arselicking labour for his own ends. He pretends to be an impartial journalist but he’s nothing else but a fellow villian.
