Russia and Syria’s dictator Bashar al-Assad are taking their revenge on Syrian rebels as they usually do: by bombing hospitals. Following the initial bombings of Aleppo University Hospital, Russia and the Syrian government have continued their spate of bombings on hospitals in rebel-held territory hitting Christian Terra Sancta College in Aleppo, the Idlib University Hospital, the Idlib Health Directorate, and the Ibn Sina Hospital in Idlib.
Targeting hospitals has been a commonly used tactic by Russia and the Syrian government throughout the Syrian civil-war having conducted at least a total of 226 attacks in Syria as confirmed by researchers.
The Syrian rebel offensive which started last week called “Deterrence of Aggression” has stopped at Hama were fighting is ongoing against the government’s Syrian Army.
