One thing Nigel Scerri failed to mention is that he is under Police investigation

Despite telling me many details about his lifer and a long story about his good-will and interest to create a charitable institution, when speaking to me, Nigel Scerri failed to mention that he is currently under Police investigation over suspicious transactions. Nigel Scerri is an accountant who bought George Borg Olivier’s house and has spent at least €9 million in property purchases since 2021. He says that the money is his savings and is not fronting anyone.

Nigel Scerri knows that he is currently being investigated by the Police and has already been questioned by the authorities.

The Police investigation on Nigel Scerri was prompted by the FIAU who got hold of his voluminous transactions and then flagged them to the Police. He is potentially being investigated by other regulatory authorities including the MFSA and the tax department.

This is a developing story.

    How the hell can you suddenly have 9 million savings?
    Is he related to Cisk?
    When we, the common Joe, use financial institutions we have to let our underpants down, and declare when was the last time we cleaned our arse, how much cms of toilet paper we required, if we washed our hands after….
    But it seems that not all arses are equal!
