Nigel Scerri was a director to Dizz Group as of last October

In order to clarify the claims and reply that Nigel Scerri gave me about the original story of his purchase of George Borg Olivier’s house in Sliema, I’m uploading the documents by Dizz Group announcing the end of Nigel Scerri’s various roles with the company.

Nigel Scerri ended his position of Chief Financial Officer with Dizz Group in 2018, but remained as a non-executive director with the company and resigned from his post as of last October.

Incidentally, the Chief Financial Officer of Dizz Group, Kenneth Abela, relinquished his post last month.

Nigel Scerri is currently being investigated by the Police over suspicious transactions. He is an accountant who spent up to €9 million in property purchases since 2021.
