New Investigation: The house of George Borg Olivier has been sold to Nigel Scerri, but is Joseph Muscat the new owner?

The house in Sliema of the previous Prime Minister George Borg Olivier has been sold to the accountant Nigel Scerri of the Ennesse accounting firm. However the story behind this purchase is that Nigel Scerri is potentially not the real owner and purchased the house for someone else. Some sources have informed me that Nigel Scerri has bought the house for Joseph Muscat but I could not confirm this.

The house in question is 55, George Borg Olivier Street, Sliema. It is next to the Saint James Hospital.

I called Nigel Scerri himself to speak to him about it but he hung up the phone before telling me that he doesn’t know who I am, and he isn’t obliged to answer any questions.

Nigel Scerri used to be the accountant for Dizz Group of Diane Izzo, a close friend and business associate of Joseph Muscat.

The purchase of the house, sold for โ‚ฌ2.5 million was made with some strange conditions and was bought from George Borg Olivier’s son and other relatives. The purchaser only paid โ‚ฌ400,000 to the sellers, and is to pay the rest in installments in the coming three years. The house was purchased last month.

We have more material and information at our disposal, but we are conducting a major investigation about this story that will be published gradually in the coming weeks and months.

Hard to ignore the fact that this is not the first house this Nigel Scerri has snapped up in that street (this a few doors down): https://theshiftnews.com/2023/09/26/sliema-residents-oppose-fr-marcellinos-plans-for-shelter-for-homeless-youth/

    Is there a wider game?
