UPDATED: We have been informed by the relevant sources that the Office of the Attorney-General had nothing to do the case as it was fully handled by the Police. However, we have also been told that the Court cases handled by the Police are submitted to the Office of the Attorney-General for advice before being submitted to Court. We also confirmed in the past, that both the Police and the Attorney-General are covering up for Christian Borg.
The Attorney-General Victoria Buttigieg has done it again, and successfully saved a criminal suspect from charges brought against him thanks to her very successful and consistent “technical mistakes”. This time round, the Prosecutor arraigning Christian Borg in Court for perjury, forgot to add a copy of the testimony of the suspect in the submission of the case to the Court. As a result, Christian Borg was found innocent.
Christian Borg was charged with perjury in relation to one of his ongoing cases. He is currently being charged with VAT fraud and money-laundering apart from being charged in a separate case for kidnapping. The ex-cocaine drug dealer is highly protected by the authorities for having previously been a business partner to the Prime Minister with whom he concocted an insider deal at the Planning Authority.
