Death toll in Al-Fashir rises to 3,000 civilians: testimonies from Tawila recount horror stories of rape and mass executions

According to various sources and aid organisations that are working on the ground in Tawila around 60KM outside Al-Fashir, the death toll of the massacre by the Rapid Support Forces after they conquered Al-Fashir has risen to at least 3,000 people. Aid workers are also hearing many testimonies from the refugees who arrived in Tawila about mass rape and executions.

Aid workers still don’t have access to the city of Al-Fashir but aid trucks did enter the city under the supervision of the RSF with food which will first feed the RSF terrorists.

The propaganda units of the United Arab Emirates are currently working overtime trying to deflect attention from their role in supplying and arming the Rapid Support Forces. The support of the UAE to the RSF enabled the RSF to besiege and conquer Al-Fashir successfully.

Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait condemned the RSF and the European Union urged the RSF to protect civilians.
