While the Labour Party’s pseudo-socialists are pretending that no corruption ever took place with regard to the Vitals and Steward public hospitals’ contracts, one of the accused in the case, Shaukat Ali, invited government Ministers to shopping trips at Dubai Mall and spent public money on luxury cars, holidays and his children’s tuition.
Yet, the Prime Minister had the audacity to hold a very bizarre press conference literally bragging that there was no corruption in the Vitals and the Steward contracts and that all public money was used for the projects. Joseph Muscat is delighted, of course. He’s even appealing the government to pay Steward Health Care another €5 million so that he may get paid off enough to have another Instagram holiday with his wife.
The Labour Party is literally celebrating the scamming of Malta’s government by a group of low-level foreign fraudsters. Dom Mintoff would have been proud.
