Up to 26 Chinese military jets amassed near Taiwan with 16 of the jets entering its Air Defense Identification Zone. The latest military movements come after China has also amassed its maritime fishing fleet outside Taiwan.
China has conducted many military exercises outside Taiwan in the past with the military exercises growing progressively bigger time passes. However, fears are growing that China could make a move on Taiwan after the US redeployed some military assets from the Indo-Pacific region to the Near East and the Persian Gulf for its war on Iran.
