Dozens were reported killed yesterday as Israel conducted airstrikes and shelling in Jabaila north of Gaza and in the south in Rafah. Israel is attempting to expel all the civilians out of north of Gaza to permanently occupy the area and it is doing so by bombing houses and civilian infrastructure including hospitals, indiscriminate killing of civilians, and mass deportations. The footage taken below of men being rounded up, including the footage of the bombing were taken in north Gaza recently.
Israel is committing a clear war crime by forcibly displacing people aggravated by the mass and indiscriminate killing of civilians. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his ex-Defense Minister have a pending arrest warrant against them by the International Criminal Court over war crimes committed in Gaza. Many European states including France and Germany have so far refused to recognise the arrest warrant. Previous Israeli head of the National Security Council, Eran Etzion, has warned that Israel is committing ethnic cleansing in the north of Gaza and advised troops not to participate in criminal actions there.
