Islamabad talks end abruptly and President Trump threatens a naval blockade

Talks between the US and Iran in Islamabad have ended abruptly with Iran refusing to concede to the Us demands particularly on commitments on refusing to build a nuclear weapon. President Donald Trump has threatened Iran with a naval blockade while the IRGC have claimed full control of the Strait of Hormuz.

Some vessels crossing the Strait have been turned back earlier today, after an uptick of vessels passed through the Strait yesterday.

Talks are set to continue according to the US government.
