Watch Yorgen Fenech admitting to giving the go-ahead to murder Daphne Caruana Galizia

Earlier today, Times of Malta published the interrogation recording of Yorgen Fenech. This recording posted in full below, longer than three hours, and involves two recording sessions, one on the 29th November and another in the following day.

He is being accompanied by the lawyer Marion Camilleri. She is there on the behest of Franco Debono who was appointed by Yorgen Fenech to provide hi with legal services, which he did by referring hi to his partner and associate who then assisted Fenech in the interrogation.

In the interrogation, which was also shown in Court to the jurors, Yorgen Fenech asked the Police to reveal details about corruption involving “lots of millions and millions of Euros”, reiterated his call for a presidential pardon, admitted to payingย  Melvin Theuma for the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia and literally admitted of giving the go-ahead to Daphne’s murder. He also says that Joseph Muscat knew about the murder as he accuses Keith Schembri of commissioning the hit.

This interrogation recording was a key evidence during the trial, evidence which the jurors completely ignored, despite Yorgen Fenech clarifying the moments when paid and gave the go-ahead for the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia.

It remains incredibly shocking that Yorgen Fenech is free, and that this recording will remain a testament not only to his culpability, but also to a broken system that can protect powerful criminals to the extent of disregarding their own admissions. It is a chilling reminder of the deadly impunity that persists in our country.

    And Keith Schembri was never investigated at length. Corrupt police to the core!

    After watching Mark Lawrence Zammit’s report on The Times of Malta, I am commenting on what impressed me most.

    1) I cannot believe how Mr Fenech was not found guilty as charged after his own admissions.
    2) There were politically exposed persons involved from inception to the end. Remember when the current Police Commissioner during a press conference stated that there were none involved?
    3) The major government projects taken on by the Labour Government have corruption written all over them. Corruption is not just a perception.
    4) The institutions were not acting independently and Melvin Theuma’s arrest only took place because of pressure from abroad (I assume reference was to Europol) but after the go ahead from Castille.

    So when MPs from the Government benches tell us to be prudent and let the institutions work, they are simply asking for more of the same, continue to protect the most corrupt politicians that Malta has ever seen.

    What Malta needs is for the current Prime minister to cut himself free from the pact he signed with the devil and turn a fresh page. Change the heads of the institutions and let the institutions work for real without any interference. Maybe one day we find peace within our souls.

    My apologies to my regular readers, but at the moment my website is infested with Laburisti of a certain type, who canโ€™t really figure out what Iโ€™m saying, so I thought Iโ€™d try using their language to draw them in further.

    But I canโ€™t be fagged to explain to them what this graph, showing the growth in Maltaโ€™s GDP, actually means, and theyโ€™ll probably tell me that:

    1. the World Bank is a pufta and FUCK OFF WORLD BANK YOU PEDOFILE;

    2. din xi gidba min tijak def;

    3. theyโ€™ve set up a Facebook group calling for the World Bank to face criminal action.

    But letโ€™s try, shall we?
