The stars align with Alex Borg

The stars are aligning with Alex Borg as no leadership contender has come forward for the Nationalist Party and European Parliament President Roberta Metsola has poured cold water on the prospect of taking on the role herself.

The Nationalist Party has pressured the European Parliament President to take on the leadership role, but she quickly rejected these proposals publicly.

Adrian Delia has announced he has no intention to run for the PN leadership again, but this was already known because he has been rooting for Alex Borg instead.

The Nationalist Party still needs to field an alternative contender to Alex Borg, but so far this prospect looks daunting to say the least. No one seems interested to take the risk and Alex Borg may very well be the new leader of the Nationalist Party.

You can see below the CV of the individual who thinks he has the skills and the merit to become Malta’s Prime Minister. This is also his first time in parliament apart from the fact that he has only held one job throughout his life and has even less than five years of working experience considering the Covid lockdowns.
